HOMEBUYER EDUCATION Classes are available for potential homebuyers, designed to provide specific knowledge in the following areas: Home Purchasing Process Financial and Credit Management Home Ownership Counseling Basic Home Maintenance Training PRE AND POST BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING MHRC offers Pre and Post Bankruptcy Counseling. As a non-profit credit counseling organization, MHRC is in an unique position to educate consumers to consider their options, and to provide them with the information they need to make an educated decision as they consider bankruptcy as an alternative.  FORECLOSURE COUNSELING Our counseling is dedicated to preserving homeownership and preventing foreclosure. MHRC and their partners deliver innovative homeownership preservation solutions. Facing a foreclosure is a scary thing., MHRC advises homeowners on the things they should do - and should't do - to avoid making the situation worse. Hours of Operation: Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
